Currently serving as Sales Director at Blair Property Group, Alexis plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional sales outcomes for residential developments, leveraging her extensive industry expertise and client-focused approach.

Before joining Blair Property Group, Alexis held key roles including National Sales Manager at Stockland and Project Sales Manager of Victoria at Mirvac. During her tenure at Mirvac, spanning nearly nine years, she led sales strategies for high-profile projects and consistently exceeded performance targets. Her early career included roles with Blackburne and hockingstuart, where she honed her skills in project marketing and premium residential sales, including landmark developments like Eureka Tower.
